Data Ownership 4.1. Client-Owned Data All data related to End-Users (customers) belongs to the Client. The Client is fully responsible for: The accuracy of data entered Updating or deleting incorrect customer information Compliance with local privacy regulations 4.2. Company Rights We may store and process Client and End-User data only for the purpose of operating the loyalty program. We may also use anonymous, aggregated, non-identifiable data to analyze system performance and improve the Service. 5.
