Stamp/point history
Reward redemption history
We do not request, collect, or store sensitive personal data (such as passport details, financial information, or private identifiers).

Operate and maintain the PartnerPro Rewards system
Track reward progress
Process stamps/points for End-Users
Support Clients with technical issues
Improve and optimize the Service
Ensure system security and prevent misuse

4. Data Ownership
4.1. Client-Owned Data
All data related to End-Users (customers) belongs to the Client.
The Client is fully responsible for:
The accuracy of data entered
Updating or deleting incorrect customer information
Compliance with local privacy regulations
4.2. Company Rights
We may store and process Client and End-User data only for the purpose of operating the loyalty program.
We may also use anonymous, aggregated, non-identifiable data to analyze system performance and improve the Service.

Unauthorized reward redemption
Human error by Client staff
7. Data Retention

Maintain system functionality
Clients may request data deletion at any time.
Upon termination of service, data may be archived or deleted according to our internal retention policies.
8. End-User Rights
End-Users may request from their associated business (Client):
Access to their data
Correction of inaccurate information
Deletion of their data (if applicable)
Clients must handle such requests in accordance with local regulations.
The Company will assist Clients when technically possible.

The PartnerPro Rewards platform may use:

System analytics
These tools help ensure proper functionality and security of the platform.
We do not use these tools for advertising or personal profiling.

The Service is not designed for minors under 16 unless explicitly permitted by the Client's business category (e.g., family-oriented businesses).
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws concerning minors.
